أرباح «إعمار مصر» تتراجع 64% لتسجل 5.5 مليار جنيه في 2025
أعلنت شركة إعمار مصر للتنمية عن تحقيق صافي أرباح مجمعة بقيمة 5.544 مليار جنيه خلال السنة المالية المنتهية في ديسمبر 2025، مقابل 15.404 مليار جنيه في نفس الفترة من عام 2024، مسجلة انخفاضًا بنسبة 64%. وبحسب بيان الشركة المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، ارتفع مجمل الربح للشركة خلال الفترة من يناير إلى ديسمبر 2025 إلى 9.896 مليار جنيه، مقابل 9.082 مليار جنيه في العام السابق، بينما صعدت الإيرادات المجمعة إلى 19.808 مليار جنيه مقابل 19.003 مليار جنيه في 2024. وفي المقابل، انخفضت تكلفة الإيرادات بشكل طفيف لتسجل 9.911 مليار جنيه مقابل 9.921 مليار جنيه في العام المقارن، مما ساهم في استقرار هوامش الربح الإجمالية للشركة. وبلغت ربحية السهم الأساسي والمخفض خلال العام 0.91 جنيه، مقارنة بـ 3.31 جنيه في الفترة المماثلة من 2024. وعلى صعيد الأعمال المستقلة، سجلت إعمار مصر للتنمية صافي أرباح بقيمة 5.841 مليار جنيه خلال 2025، مقابل 12.374 مليار جنيه في العام السابق، مع التركيز على المشاريع العقارية القائمة وتوسعات الشركة ضمن استراتيجيتها طويلة الأمد.
