«أسباير كابيتال» تطلق 4 صناديق استثمار في المعادن النفيسة والعملات الأجنبية
أعلنت شركة أسباير كابيتال القابضة للاستثمارات المالية أن مجلس إدارتها وافق على إصدار أربعة صناديق استثمار متنوعة، تشمل أدوات السيولة، الأسهم، المعادن النفيسة، وأدوات السيولة النقدية بالعملات الأجنبية (متعددة الإصدارات). اعتماد القوائم المالية وأضافت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية أن المجلس اعتمد أيضًا القوائم المالية المستقلة والمجمعة عن الربع الثاني من العام، إلى جانب تقرير المراجعة. الأداء المالي المجمّع أوضحت “اسباير كابيتال” أنها حققت نموًا بنسبة 45.8% في صافي الأرباح المجمعة خلال الربع الأول من 2025، لتسجل 12.232 مليون جنيه، مقابل 8.390 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة المقارنة من العام الماضي، مع احتساب حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت إيرادات النشاط إلى 159.622 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بنحو 105.390 مليون جنيه في الفترة نفسها من 2024. النتائج المستقلة وعلى مستوى الأعمال المستقلة، تحولت الشركة إلى الربحية بقيمة 2.873 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة يناير – مارس 2025، مقابل خسائر بلغت 2.040 مليون جنيه في الفترة المناظرة من العام الماضي.Big Tech's Anthropic and OpenAI stakes are distorting the corporate earnings picture
