«أسباير كابيتال» تغطي 92.7% من زيادة رأسمالها في المرحلة الأولى
أعلنت شركة أسباير كابيتال القابضة للاستثمارات المالية انتهاء المرحلة الأولى من الاكتتاب في زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع، بتحقيق نسبة تغطية بلغت نحو 92.72% من إجمالي الأسهم المطروحة للاكتتاب. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن باب الاكتتاب في المرحلة الأولى فُتح خلال الفترة من 3 يونيو حتى 5 يوليو 2026، في إطار زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 400 مليون جنيه إلى 780 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 380 مليون جنيه. وأضافت أنه تم الاكتتاب في 1.761 مليار سهم من إجمالي 1.9 مليار سهم مطروح، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 352.35 مليون جنيه، وبسعر 20 قرشًا للسهم، مع سداد قيمة الاكتتاب بالكامل نقدًا. وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه سيتم فتح باب الاكتتاب في المرحلة الثانية لتغطية الأسهم التي لم يتم الاكتتاب فيها، والبالغ عددها 138.236 مليون سهم، وذلك لصالح مساهمي الشركة أصحاب حق الاكتتاب، دون التقيد بنسب المساهمة، وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة لزيادة رأس المال.Cramer says 'everything still revolves around Nvidia' despite its lagging stock
