أسعار الأسهم الأكثر ارتفاعًا وانخفاضًا ختام تعاملات الخميس
سجلت البورصة المصرية خلال تعاملات اليوم الخميس 21 أغسطس 2025 تباينًا في أداء الأسهم، حيث تصدرت أكتوبر فارما والعربية لاستصلاح الأراضي قائمة الأكثر ارتفاعًا بعد أن قفز سهم كل منهما بنسبة 20%. وأغلق سهم أكتوبر فارما عند 203.73 جنيه مقابل 169.78 جنيه في الجلسة السابقة، فيما صعد سهم العربية لاستصلاح الأراضي إلى 184.47 جنيه مقارنة بـ 153.73 جنيه. كما جاء سهم مرسيليا المصرية الخليجية للاستثمار العقاري ضمن قائمة الرابحين مرتفعًا بنسبة 12.47% ليغلق عند 4.51 جنيه، تلاه سهم النصر للأعمال المدنية بصعود قدره 12.41% مسجلًا 7.70 جنيه، فيما ارتفع سهم جو جرين للاستثمار الزراعي والتنمية بنسبة 10% ليغلق عند 1.32 جنيه. وعلى الجانب الآخر، قادت وثائق صندوق استثمار المصريين للاستثمار العقاري قائمة التراجعات بعدما هبطت بنسبة 9.23% لتغلق عند 13.97 جنيه. كما تراجع سهم أسمنت سيناء بنسبة 7.57% ليغلق عند 52.50 جنيه، وانخفض سهم دلتا للطباعة والتغليف بنسبة 6.32% ليسجل 94.79 جنيه. وشهد سهم حق اكتتاب الخليجية الكندية للاستثمار العقاري العربي -1 تراجعًا بنسبة 5.22% ليغلق عند 0.508 جنيه، فيما انخفض سهم سماد مصر (إيجيفرت) بنسبة 4.56% لينهي الجلسة عند 184.73 جنيه.Procter & Gamble will acquire supplements brand Thorne for $3.8 billion, CEO tells CNBC
