«أسكوم» تمنح مستثمر أجنبي حق إجراء فحص نافي للجهالة على تابعتها «جلاسروك»
أعلنت شركة أسيك للتعدين – أسكوم عن توقيع اتفاق يمنح أحد المستثمرين الأجانب المحتملين حق إجراء فحص نافي للجهالة على شركة جلاسروك للعزل التابعة لها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية أن الاتفاق لا يتضمن التزامًا بتنفيذ صفقة استحواذ حتى الآن، وأن إتمام أي صفقة محتملة مرهون بنتائج الفحص القانوني والمالي والفني والضريبي، بجانب الاتفاق على الشروط التجارية والمالية والتوقيع على العقود النهائية والحصول على الموافقات الرسمية اللازمة. وكانت أسكوم قد أعلنت في وقت سابق أنها بدأت اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لاسترداد الأسهم المرهونة الخاصة بشركتها التابعة APM Investment Holding BVI، وذلك بعد تعثر المفاوضات الودية مع المؤسسة المالية المقرضة. وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه وفقًا للقوائم المالية المجمعة في 30 سبتمبر 2024، وبالتحديد الإيضاح رقم (16-3)، فإن APM Investment Holding BVI كانت قد تحصلت في 13 سبتمبر 2023 على حصة من شركة Allied Gold Corporation بلغت 11,465,795 سهمًا، ورهنت منها 7.5 مليون سهم لصالح بنك St. James Bank and Trust Company مقابل الحصول على قرض. وأضاف البيان أن القرض الذي حصلت عليه الشركة في نوفمبر 2023 لمدة عام ونصف بلغ رصيده بنهاية ديسمبر 2024 نحو 10.3 مليون دولار، ومع الفوائد ارتفع إلى 11.17 مليون دولار.OpenAI expands review of model behavior after more rogue agent incidents emerge
