«أكت فاينانشال» تعيد هيكلة «ويلزي» وتوافق على زيادة رأس المال

وافقت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة أكت فاينانشال للاستشارات على حزمة من القرارات المرتبطة بشركتها التابعة «ويلزي المالية القابضة»، تضمنت اعتماد تقرير القيمة العادلة والمضي قدمًا في إجراءات زيادة رأس المال. ووفق إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، تم التصديق على تقرير القيمة العادلة الصادر عن شركة «أندرسن كوربوريت فاينانس» كمستشار مالي مستقل، والذي قدر القيمة العادلة للسهم عند 10.83 جنيه، بإجمالي قيمة لأسهم الشركة يبلغ نحو 1.62 مليار جنيه. كما أقرت الجمعية زيادة رأس مال «ويلزي المالية القابضة»، مع الموافقة على التنازل عن حقوق الأولوية للمساهمين القدامى، وطرح كامل أسهم الزيادة لمستثمرين جدد، على أن يتم الاكتتاب بسعر 6.21 جنيه للسهم. وفوضت الجمعية رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة التابعة في تحديد واختيار المستثمرين الجدد المستحقين للاكتتاب، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية اللازمة لإتمام عملية زيادة رأس المال.
