«أكرومصر للشدات» تسير في إجراءات الشطب الاختياري من البورصة
أعلنت شركة أكرومصر للشدات والسقالات المعدنية عن قرارات مجلس إدارتها عقب الاجتماع المنعقد يوم الاثنين 8 ديسمبر 2025، عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، والذي انتهى في تمام السادسة مساءً. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، وافق المجلس على الاستمرار في إجراءات شطب الشركة اختياريًا من جداول البورصة المصرية، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام المادة (55) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية. ستلتزم الشركة بشراء أسهم المساهمين المعترضين والراغبين في عدم الاستمرار بعد الشطب بسعر 129.29 جنيه للسهم، وفقًا لما ورد في التقرير الموجز للمستشار المالي المستقل BDO، والمنشور على شاشات البورصة بتاريخ 8 ديسمبر 2025. وقرر المجلس تأجيل موعد انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية إلى يوم 6 يناير 2026، لإتاحة الوقت الكافي لمراقب الحسابات لإصدار تقريره الخاص بالشطب.Air taxi company Beta wraps first test flights in U.S. government's pilot program
