«أودن» تؤسس صندوقًا للاستثمار في المعادن برأسمال 5 ملايين جنيه
أعلنت شركة أودن للاستثمارات المالية، عن موافقة مجلس إدارتها على تأسيس صندوق قيم منقولة للاستثمار في المعادن، بالتعاون مع شركة إمبراطورية الذهب لتجارة الذهب (Empire Of Gold). وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، تم تحديد رأس المال المبدئي للصندوق بمبلغ 5 ملايين جنيه مصري، على أن تساهم أودن بنسبة 51٪ من قيمة المبلغ المجنب للتأسيس، فيما تتولى شركة إمبراطورية الذهب نسبة 49٪. وأوضحت الشركة أنها ستتولى كافة الإجراءات الخاصة بالتأسيس، مع تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة أو العضو المنتدب باتخاذ كل الخطوات اللازمة مع الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية وكافة الجهات المختصة. وأشارت «أودن للاستثمارات المالية» إلى أن هذا القرار يمثل معلومة جوهرية وفق أحكام سوق رأس المال المصري، وسيتم الإفصاح عن أي تطورات لاحقة وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح المنظمة.First known congressional SpaceX stock buys surface after record IPO
