رفع المساهم أيمن بن مختار خليفة حصته في رأسمال شركة المصريين للاستثمار والتنمية العمرانية من 4.99% إلى 7.44%، بعد شرائه 40 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 11.76 مليون جنيه، بمتوسط سعر شراء 0.294 جنيه للسهم الواحد. وفي المقابل، خفّض المساهم فؤاد فوزي بخيت نخلة حصته في رأسمال الشركة من 5.24% إلى 4.2%، بعد بيعه 17 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية 4.63 مليون جنيه، بمتوسط سعر بيع 0.272 جنيه للسهم الواحد. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، بلغت نسبة المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم نحو 9.0034%. يأتي ذلك في الوقت الذي كانت فيه الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية قد وافقت مؤخرًا على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بشركة المصريين للاستثمار والتنمية العمرانية بشأن زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 150 مليون جنيه إلى 163.63 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 13.63 مليون جنيه موزعة على 136.36 مليون سهم بالقيمة الاسمية 10 قروش للسهم الواحد.
