إعمار مصر تطلق مشروع مراسي البحر الأحمر باستثمارات 900 مليار جنيه
أعلنت شركة إعمار مصر للتنمية عن الإطلاق الاستراتيجي لوجهتها الساحلية الجديدة “مراسي البحر الأحمر”، وذلك بموجب عقد الشراكة الموقع في 11 فبراير 2025 مع شركتي سكاي تاور للتطوير العقاري وجولدن كوست للفنادق والقرى السياحية والمشروعات الترفيهية، لتطوير مجتمع سياحي وسكني متكامل في منطقة رأس سوما على ساحل البحر الأحمر. ويقع المشروع على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 2,426 فدانًا، باستثمارات تصل إلى 900 مليار جنيه، ويضم مجتمعات سكنية راقية، إضافة إلى 12 فندقًا فاخرًا تشمل نحو 4 آلاف غرفة وشقة فندقية، إلى جانب مرسى بحري، ومنافذ تجارية ومطاعم، ومرافق ترفيهية متكاملة. وأكدت الشركة أن مشروع “مراسي البحر الأحمر” يعكس رؤيتها طويلة الأجل للتوسع في تطوير الوجهات المتميزة داخل مصر، عبر الجمع بين التنمية العمرانية والسياحة المستدامة، بما يرسخ مكانتها كأحد أبرز المطورين العقاريين في السوق المصري.Capital One says it closed Trump Organization's accounts after anti-money laundering probe
