إعمار مصر: 900 مليار جنيه استثمارات متوقعة لمشروع البحر الأحمر
أكدت شركة إعمار مصر للتنمية أن ما تم تداوله مؤخرًا بشأن مشروع جديد في منطقة البحر الأحمر يتعلق بالمشروع نفسه الذي سبق الإفصاح عنه خلال العام الجاري. تفاصيل المشروع وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة اليوم الأحد أن المشروع يقام على مساحة 2,426 فدانًا، باستثمارات متوقعة تصل إلى نحو 900 مليار جنيه. ويأتي المشروع في إطار شراكة إستراتيجية بين شركة “سكاى تاور للتطوير العقاري”، التي تساهم فيها إعمار مصر، وشركة جولدن كوست للفنادق والقرى السياحية والمشروعات الترفيهية. الشفافية والإفصاح وشددت إعمار مصر على التزامها بمبدأ الشفافية والإفصاح، مؤكدة أنها ستوافي البورصة بأي تفاصيل أو تطورات جديدة تخص المشروع فور توافرها.Luckin Coffee, flush with Persian Gulf cash, weighs entry into Middle East markets
