«إم إم جروب» تتقدم بمستندات لزيادة رأس مالها المرخص إلى 5 مليارات جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية أن شركة إم إم جروب للصناعة والتجارة العالمية تقدمت بمستندات قيد زيادة رأس المال المرخص به من مليار جنيه إلى 5 مليارات جنيه، وزيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من نحو 936.6 مليون جنيه إلى 1.17 مليار جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 234.1 مليون جنيه. وتشمل الزيادة إصدار 337.7 مليون سهم بالقيمة الاسمية 0.62 جنيه للسهم، على أن يتم تمويلها من نصيب المساهمين في توزيعات الأرباح عن القوائم المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2024. كما تقدمت الشركة بمستندات لتعديل غرضها الرئيسي عبر إضافة أنشطة جديدة، وأوضحت البورصة أن المستندات المقدمة جارٍ فحصها واستكمالها تمهيدًا لعرضها على لجنة القيد.Treasury yields are broadly flat as investors mull uncertainty around peace talks
