«إنكوليس» توافق على إضافة نشاط التمويل العقاري

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة الدولية للتأجير التمويلي – إنكوليس، على تعديل المادة الثالثة من النظام الأساسي للشركة، بما يتيح إضافة نشاط التمويل العقاري إلى أنشطتها، في خطوة تستهدف توسيع نطاق أعمالها. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن مجلس الإدارة اعتمد نموذج الإفصاح وفقًا للمادة (48) من قواعد القيد، تمهيدًا لدعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر في تعديل النظام الأساسي والموافقة على إضافة النشاط الجديد. ويأتي التوسع في الوقت الذي واصلت فيه الشركة تحقيق أداء مالي قوي، إذ ارتفع صافي الربح بعد الضريبة بنسبة 175.7% خلال الربع الأول من العام الجاري، ليصل إلى 129.5 مليون جنيه، مقابل 46.96 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. كما سجلت إيرادات الشركة نموًا لتبلغ 697.06 مليون جنيه خلال الربع الأول، مقارنة بنحو 621.3 مليون جنيه في الفترة المقارنة من العام السابق.
