«إيديتا» تحصل تقترض 500 مليون جنيه للتوسع في خطوط الانتاج
وقعت شركة “إيديتا” للصناعات الغذائية، اتفاقية للحصول على قرض متوسط الأجل لمدة 7 سنوات بقيمة إجمالية 500 مليون جنيه، للتوسع في خطوط الانتاج. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم الأحد، أن القرض سيتم توجيهه لإعادة تمويل الاستحواذ على خطوط إنتاج، بالإضافة إلى تجديد خطوط الإنتاج المُستحوذ عليها لتعزيز طاقتها الإنتاجية. وفي وقت سابق كان قد أعلنت إيديتا عن توقيع اتفاقية للحصول على قرض متوسط الأجل بقيمة 600 مليون جنيه، لمدة 7 سنوات، في إطار خططها التوسعية لتعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية. وأوضحت أن التمويل سيتم توجيهه إلى إضافة خطوط إنتاج جديدة، بما يدعم زيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية وتلبية الطلب المتنامي على منتجاتها في السوقين المحلي والخارجي. وأكدت “إيديتا” أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن استراتيجيتها لتعزيز نمو أعمالها وتوسيع قاعدة منتجاتها، مع الحفاظ على جودة الإنتاج ومواكبة تطورات السوق.
