«إيديتا» تستحوذ على حقوق علامات «هوهوز» و«توينكيز» و«تايجر تيل» في أفريقيا
أعلنت شركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية، عن إتمام استحواذها على حقوق العلامات التجارية وأسماء العلامات والسمعة التجارية الخاصة بعلامات هوهوز (HoHos) وتوينكيز (Twinkies) وتايجر تيل (Tiger Tail) في باقي دول قارة أفريقيا، وذلك في إطار خططها التوسعية. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة اليوم، أن الاستحواذ تم من شركة هوستس براندز ذات المسؤولية المحدودة (Hostess Brands LLC)، وهي شركة تابعة مملوكة بالكامل لشركة ذا جي إم سموكر (The J.M. Smucker)، وذلك بموجب اتفاقية بيع وإحالة حقوق العلامات التجارية والسمعة التجارية الموقعة بين الطرفين. وأشارت إيديتا إلى أنها تمتلك بالفعل حقوق هذه العلامات التجارية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA)، مؤكدة أن هذه الخطوة تعزز من تواجدها الإقليمي، وتدعم استراتيجيتها للنمو والتوسع في الأسواق الأفريقية، بما يسهم في تنويع محفظة منتجاتها وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية خلال الفترة المقبلة.Oil extends gains following Houthi strikes on Saudi Arabia
