«إيديتا» تستحوذ على خطوط إنتاج بقيمة 320 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية عن توقيع اتفاقية شراء أصول مع إحدى الشركات الإقليمية العاملة في قطاع الأغذية، بهدف تعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية في القطاعات الأساسية. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم الثلاثاء أنها استحوذت على معدات إنتاج تضم عددًا من خطوط التصنيع تشمل (2) خط كيك و(2) خط مخبوزات، إلى جانب معدات أخرى مرتبطة بالصناعة، بإجمالي قيمة 320 مليون جنيه. وأضافت إيديتا أن الصفقة ستسهم في رفع الطاقة الإنتاجية للشركة بنحو 15% تقريبًا، خاصة في قطاعي الكيك والكرواسون، وهما من أبرز القطاعات التي تقوم عليها منتجات الشركة في السوق. ويأتي هذا التوسع في إطار استراتيجية إيديتا الرامية إلى تلبية الطلب المتزايد على منتجاتها وتعزيز موقعها كأحد أكبر منتجي الأغذية الخفيفة في السوقين المصرية والإقليمية. يُشار إلى أن صافي ربح الشركة ارتفع بنسبة 72.1% على أساس سنوي خلال الربع الثاني من العام الجاري ليبلغ 539 مليون جنيه، فيما صعدت الإيرادات بنسبة 22.2% إلى 5 مليارات جنيه، مدفوعة بنمو أحجام المبيعات في قطاعات الكيك والمخبوزات والمقرمشات بمعدلات بلغت 7.8% و47.6% و34.5% على التوالي.Chip Stock Sell-off Puts Downward Pressure on Broader Market
