«إيديتا» توزع 694.5 مليون سهم مجاني على المساهمين
أعلنت شركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية زيادة رأس المال المرخص به من 360 مليون جنيه إلى مليار جنيه، وزيادة رأس المال المصدر من نحو 280.005 مليون جنيه إلى نحو 418.908 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الزيادة البالغة نحو 138.902 مليون جنيه ممولة من حصة المساهمين في توزيعات أرباح عام 2025، وفقًا للقوائم المالية عن السنة المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025. وتتضمن الزيادة إصدار 694.510 مليون سهم مجاني، بقيمة اسمية 20 قرشًا للسهم، بواقع 0.5000000003 سهم مجاني لكل سهم أصلي، بعد استبعاد أسهم الخزينة البالغ عددها 11.006 مليون سهم. ويستحق الأسهم المجانية حامل ومشتري سهم الشركة حتى نهاية جلسة تداول يوم الاثنين الموافق 28 سبتمبر 2026. ومن المقرر توزيع الأسهم المجانية اعتبارًا من 29 سبتمبر 2026، مع جبر الكسور لصالح صغار المساهمين من الأصغر إلى الأكبر حتى نفاد الكمية، وذلك من خلال شركة مصر للمقاصة والإيداع والقيد المركزي، بعد صدور قرار لجنة القيد بالموافقة على الزيادة.China says AI CEOs' call for a slowdown is 'fear mongering'
