«إيكمى» تتلقى عرض شراء لمصنع تابع لها بـ22.5 مليون جنيه
أعلنت الشركة الدولية للصناعات الطبية – إيكمى، عن تلقيها عرضًا من الشركة الاستثمارية للصناعات الغذائية لشراء أحد مصانعها بالمنطقة الصناعية بمدينة العاشر من رمضان، بقيمة بلغت 22 مليونًا و550 ألف جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أنه سيتم عرض العرض على مجلس الإدارة لمناقشته واتخاذ القرار المناسب بما يحقق أقصى استفادة لمساهمي الشركة. وفي وقت سابق، استحوذ جهاز مستقبل مصر للتنمية المستدامة على نسبة 8.775% من أسهم شركة إيكمى، بعد شراء 5.060 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 22.773 مليون جنيه. سعر تنفيذ الصفقة بلغ متوسط سعر شراء السهم 4.5 جنيه، وتولت شركة عربية أون لاين للوساطة في الأوراق المالية تنفيذ الصفقة. هيكل ملكية الشركة يستحوذ محمود محمد شعبان سليم، عضو مجلس الإدارة، على أكبر حصة في هيكل ملكية الشركة بنسبة 14.99%، ويليه أيمن بن مختار خليفة بنسبة 13.552%، ثم سعيد بن عوضه العسيري بنسبة 12.278%. كما يمتلك علاء الشافعي ومجموعته المرتبطة 11.808%، وتصل حصة صالح بن علي الصقري إلى 6.019%.Meta's standoff with Amazon over Muse could be a sign of things to come
