إيهاب خليل يعزز حصته في «ايجيترانس» إلى 5.01% بصفقة قيمتها 8.66 مليون جنيه
أفصحت الشركة المصرية لخدمات النقل والتجارة (ايجيترانس – نوسكو)، عن تنفيذ صفقة شراء حصة إضافية لصالح المستثمر إيهاب خليل خليفه خليفه، بلغت قيمتها الإجمالية 8.66 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مصر إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن المستثمر قام بشراء 757,245 سهماً بمتوسط سعر شراء بلغ 11.44 جنيه للسهم الواحد، وتم تنفيذ آخر عملية بالصفقة بتاريخ 17 أغسطس 2026. وببُلوغ الصفقة مداها، ارتفعت حصة ملكية المستثمر إيهاب خليل في رأسمال “ايجيترانس” لتتجاوز نسبة الـ 5%، حيث صعدت من 4.6% قبل التنفيذ إلى 5.01% بعد التنفيذ. وتضم المجموعات المرتبطة بالمستثمر كل من: مارلين عبد الملاك مساك بنسبة 0.106%، وجوي إيهاب خليل خليفه بنسبة 0.0066%. تم تنفيذ عمليات الشراء عبر شركتي السمسرة: الأهلي فاروس لتداول الأوراق المالية، وشركة أمان لتداول الأوراق المالية.Cotton Rally into Monday’s Close as USDA Cuts Ratings
