«الأهلي فاروس» ترتب إصدار سندات توريق بـ 744 مليون جنيه لصالح «ڤاليو»
أعلنت شركة الأهلي فاروس لترويج وتغطية الاكتتاب عن نجاحها في إدارة وترتيب وترويج إصدار سندات توريق بقيمة 744 مليون جنيه لصالح شركة يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي “ڤاليو”. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان اليوم، أن الإصدار يمثل الإصدار الثالث من البرنامج الثامن لسندات التوريق، حيث قامت الأهلي فاروس بدور المدير والمستشار المالي والمرتب والمروج للإصدار. وأضافت أن الإصدار تم بضمان المحفظة المحالة من شركة ڤاليو، والمدعومة بمحفظة حقوق مالية آجلة ناتجة عن عقود تمويل استهلاكي، تبلغ قيمتها نحو 880 مليون جنيه. وشارك البنك العربي الإفريقي الدولي بصفته أمين الحفظ، فيما تولى البنك المصري الخليجي مهام متلقي الاكتتاب، بينما قام مكتب معتوق بسيوني وحناوي بدور المستشار القانوني للإصدار، وتولى مكتب بيكر تيلي (محمد هلال ووحيد عبدالغفار) مهام مراقب الحسابات. كما منحت شركة ميريس (الشرق الأوسط للتصنيف الائتماني وخدمة المستثمرين) التصنيف الائتماني للإصدار، فيما قام كل من البنك المصري الخليجي والأهلي فاروس بضمان تغطية الاكتتاب. ويتكون الإصدار من شريحتين؛ الأولى بقيمة 433 مليون جنيه لمدة 12 شهرًا، وحصلت على تصنيف ائتماني P1، بينما تبلغ قيمة الشريحة الثانية 311 مليون جنيه لمدة 24 شهرًا، وحصلت على تصنيف A-.
