«الإسكان» تبدء تخصيص وحدات المرحلة الثانية من الطرح المجمع
أعلنت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، البدء في تخصيص الوحدات السكنية للمرحلة الثانية من الطرح المجمع لـ400 ألف وحدة سكنية عبر منصة مصر العقارية، وذلك اعتبارًا من الساعة العاشرة صباح غد الأحد الموافق 11/1/2026، لكافة المواطنين الذين قاموا بإبداء رغبتهم في الحجز وسداد جدية الحجز وفقًا لرغباتهم. وزارة الإسكان وأوضحت الوزارة أنه يتعين على المواطنين الذين تقدموا للحجز الدخول على الرابط الإلكتروني: https://reservations.realestate.gov.eg/ar لاستكمال إجراءات التخصيص. الجدول الزمني للتخصيص وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنه سيتم البدء في إجراءات التخصيص الإلكتروني من خلال منصة مصر العقارية وفقًا للجدول الزمني التالي: يومي 11 و12 يناير: تخصيص وحدات «ديارنا». يومي 13 و14 يناير: تخصيص وحدات «ظلال». يومي 18 و19 يناير: تخصيص وحدات «جنة» و«سكن مصر» و«الإسكان الحر» و«روضة العبور». يومي 20 و21 يناير: تخصيص وحدات «الإسماعيلية». وأكدت الوزارة أن التخصيص سيتم بأسبقية الحجز الإلكتروني.Hogs Face Modest Weakness on Thursday
