«الإسكان» تجري 3 قرعات لتسكين أراضي توفيق الأوضاع بالعبور الجديدة نهاية يناير
أعلن شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، عن تنظيم 3 قرعات علنية لتسكين المواطنين الذين سددوا مقدمات الأراضي التي تم توفيق أوضاعها في مناطق القادسية والكيلو 48 والأمل “سابقاً” بمدينة العبور الجديدة، وذلك يومي الإثنين والثلاثاء 26 و27 يناير 2026، بمقر جهاز مدينة العبور الجديدة. تسريع توفيق أوضاع الأراضي الجديدة وأكد الوزير على ضرورة مواصلة الجهود لإنهاء توفيق أوضاع المواطنين والكيانات في الأراضي المضافة لعدد من المدن الجديدة، مع التخطيط الجيد لاستعمالات الأراضي لتوفير مجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة. القرعات العلنية حسب المناطق والمساحات وأوضح مسئولو جهاز تنمية مدينة العبور الجديدة تفاصيل القرعات كالتالي: القرعة رقم 27: يوم الإثنين 26/1/2026، لتسكين العملاء الذين سددوا مقدمات المساحات حتى 24/12/2025، في منطقتي القادسية والكيلو 48 (سابقاً)، وفق شرائح مساحات 209 م² – 450 م² – 500 م². القرعة رقم 28: يوم الثلاثاء 27/1/2026، لنفس المناطق وفق شرائح مساحات 276 م² – 350 م² – 400 م². القرعة رقم 29: يوم الثلاثاء 27/1/2026، في منطقة الأمل (سابقاً)، وفق شرائح مساحات 209 م² – 276 م² – 350 م² – 400 م² – 450 م² – 500 م². ضوابط حضور القرعة يبدأ تسجيل الحضور الساعة 10 صباحاً، ويتم غلق الأبواب الساعة 12 ظهراً للبدء في إجراء القرعة، مع السماح بالدخول بموجب إثبات الشخصية وأصل إيصال السداد.Wheat Showing Mixed Early Trade on Monday
