«الإسكان» تخصص 344 قطعة للموفق أوضاعهم بالشروق
أعلن شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، عن تخصيص 344 قطعة أرض بالقرعة العلنية الـ13 للمواطنين الذين تم توفيق أوضاعهم بمنطقة الرابية بمدينة الشروق. وشدد وزير الإسكان على سرعة توفيق أوضاع حائزي الأراضي بالمناطق المضافة لعددٍ من المدن الجديدة، ودفع إجراءات التقنين وفق المخططات المعتمدة، مضيفاً أن ذلك يأتي ضمن سلسلة من المبادرات التي تستهدف توفير أراضٍ ووحدات سكنية وتجارية بشكل منظم ومستدام، تنفيذًا لسياسة الدولة الرامية إلى تحقيق التوازن العمراني وتوسيع فرص التملك للمواطنين في مختلف أنحاء الجمهورية. وفي هذا الإطار، أوضح مسئولو جهاز تنمية مدينة الشروق، أن القرعة شملت تخصيص 344 قطعة أرض بمنطقة الرابية، موزعة على النحو التالي: 225 قطعة بمساحة 209 م² ، 92 قطعة بمساحة 276 م² ، 19 قطعة بمساحة 500 م² ، قطعتان بمساحة 600 م² ، 6 قطع بمساحات تتراوح من 700 م² إلى 800 م².Low volatility stocks like insurers and REITs are suddenly turning into market leaders, Katie Stockton says
