«الإسكان» ترد جدية حجز غير الحاصلين على وحدة من الطرح الثاني بالمنصة العقارية الثلاثاء المقبل
أعملت وزارة الإسكان، عن بدء إجراءات رد مبالغ جدية الحجز لمن لم يحصل على وحدة سكنية من العملاء المتقدمين بالطرح الثاني عبر منصة مصر العقارية الثلاثاء المقبل. حجز الوحدات السكنية وجاء ذلك في ضوء توجيهات المهندسة راندة المنشاوي وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، بسرعة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لرد المبالغ المسددة من قِبل العملاء المتقدمين لحجز الوحدات السكنية ضمن المرحلة الثانية من أكبر طرح سكني مجمع أعدته الوزارة، والذي يتضمن عدة مراحل. حيث أكدت الوزارة، عن أنه بدءا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 24 / 2 / 2026 سيقوم بنك التعمير والإسكان باتخاذ إجراءات رد مبالغ جدية الحجز لمن لم يحصل على وحدة سكنية من العملاء المتقدمين بالطرح الثاني عبر منصة مصر العقارية، حيث سيتم رد المبالغ بالحسابات البنكية الشخصية للعملاء المسجلة بواسطتهم بالمنصة.Three pieces of advice HSBC has for AI investors
