«الإسكان» تصدر 12 قرارًا لإزالة تعديات ومخالفات بناء بالساحل الشمالي
أصدرت راندة المنشاوي، وزيرة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، 12 قراراً لإزالة التعديات ومخالفات البناء الواقعة بمناطق خاضعة لولاية جهازي تنمية القطاعين الأول والثاني للساحل الشمالي الغربي. وأكدت المنشاوي مواصلة جهود أجهزة المدن الجديدة في إزالة مخالفات البناء والتعديات بالمدن والتجمعات العمرانية الجديدة، وتنفيذ الحملات المستمرة لمنع الظواهر العشوائية والحفاظ على المظهر الحضاري، لافتةً إلى أن هناك تعليمات مشددة لرؤساء أجهزة المدن في هذا الشأن. وتضمنت القرارات إزالة تعديات ومخالفات بناء بقطعة أرضٍ قبلي طريق الإسكندرية/مطروح الساحلي، تمثلت في إقامة مبانٍ من البلوك وأعمدة خرسانية وأسوار، إلى جانب زيادة النسبة البنائية بشاليهات بقرية سياحية بحري طريق الإسكندرية/مطروح الساحلي، ومباني كاملة التشطيب الواقعة تحت ولاية جهازي تنمية القطاعين الأول والثاني للساحل الشمالي الغربي، وذلك دون سند قانوني أو الحصول على تراخيص البناء اللازمة.As Hormuz crisis eases, gas prices may drop—other costs like groceries and home goods could stay high for a while
