«الإسكان» تصدر 30 قرار إزالة لمخالفات البناء بالساحل الشمالي
أصدر شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، 30 قرار إزالة لمخالفات البناء الواقعة في مناطق مختلفة تحت ولاية جهازي تنمية القطاعين الأول والثاني للساحل الشمالي الغربي، في إطار جهود الوزارة لمواصلة إزالة مخالفات البناء والحفاظ على الطابع المعماري بالمدن الجديدة. جهود الوزارة للحفاظ على المظهر الحضاري وشدد الوزير على استمرار أجهزة وزارة الإسكان في إزالة مخالفات البناء والتعديات بالمدن والتجمعات العمرانية الجديدة، وتنفيذ الحملات المستمرة لمنع الظواهر العشوائية والحفاظ على المظهر الحضاري، مؤكداً على تعليمات لرؤساء ومسئولي أجهزة المدن بالتعامل الفورى مع المخالفات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة. تفاصيل المخالفات تمثلت مخالفات البناء في إقامة مبانٍ بارتفاعات ومساحات مختلفة، إلى جانب إنشاء عدد من الأدوار (دور أرضي وأول علوي) دون الحصول على تراخيص بناء، وذلك في مناطق تقع تحت ولاية جهازي تنمية القطاعين الأول والثاني بالساحل الشمالي الغربي.Supreme Court rejects Trump bid to lift block on mail-in ballots rule
