«الإسكان» تطرح 785 وحدة ضمن مبادرة «بيتك في مصر» للمصريين بالخارج
أعلنت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة طرح 785 وحدة سكنية فاخرة بالعاصمة الإدارية والمدن الساحلية ضمن المرحلة الثانية من مبادرة “بيتك في مصر” المخصصة للمصريين بالخارج، وذلك ابتداءً من السبت المقبل 18 أكتوبر 2025. المدن المتاحة بالطرح يتضمن الطرح وحدات في 4 مدن جديدة هي العاصمة الإدارية، والعلمين الجديدة، والمنصورة الجديدة، ومارينا العلمين، بهدف إتاحة فرص متنوعة للمصريين بالخارج للاختيار من بين المدن الساحلية والعاصمة الجديدة. آلية الحجز والسداد أوضحت الوزارة أن سداد جدية الحجز سيبدأ يوم السبت الموافق 18 أكتوبر ويستمر حتى 23 أكتوبر 2025، عبر الموقع الإلكتروني لمبادرة “بيتك في مصر”، وذلك لتسهيل إجراءات الحجز الإلكتروني على المواطنين المقيمين خارج البلاد. ويأتي الطرح الجديد تنفيذًا لتوجيهات القيادة السياسية بتعزيز الروابط مع أبناء مصر في الخارج، من خلال توفير وحدات سكنية فاخرة على أعلى مستوى، وتلبية احتياجاتهم السكنية والاستثمارية بما يعزز ارتباطهم بوطنهم الأم.Kalshi asks CFTC to allow margin trading on its platform, letting users buy with borrowed funds
