تنفي وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية ما تم تداوله من أخبار ومعلومات غير صحيحة بشأن ناقلة الغاز الطبيعي المسال التي تعرضت لحادث قبالة السواحل الليبية اليوم. وتؤكد بشكل قاطع أن الناقلة لم تكن متجهة إلى أي من الموانئ المصرية، كما أنها غير مدرجة ضمن أي تعاقدات لتوريد أو استقبال شحنات غاز طبيعي مسال إلى جمهورية مصر العربية. وتؤكد الوزارة أن ما أثير في هذا الشأن عارٍ تمامًا من الصحة ، وتهيب الوزارة بوسائل الإعلام المختلفة تحري الدقة، والرجوع إلى المصادر الرسمية بالوزارة قبل نشر أو تداول أي معلومات، حفاظًا على المهنية الإعلامية ومنعًا لإثارة أي لبس أو بلبلة. وتؤكد الوزارة احتفاظها بحقها القانوني تجاه مروجي الشائعات أو المعلومات المغلوطة التي تمس المصالح الوطنية.SK Hynix surges 11% after filing for blockbuster Nasdaq listing
