«البروج» المصرية و«إعمار» السعودية ينفذان 10 آلاف غرفة فندقية بالسعودية خلال عامين
قال عبدالله بن معمر، المؤسس ورئيس مجلس إدارة ركة “إعمار التنفيذية” السعودية، أن الشركة وقعت شراكة مع شركة “البروج” المصرية للدخول في استثمارات فندقية بالسعودية بطاقة تصل إلى 10 آلاف غرفة خلال العامين القادمين، إضافة إلى شراكة في مشاريع أخرى. منتدى التجارة والاستثمار المصري الخليجي ووفقاً لـ”الشرق” أضاف “بن معمر” على هامش منتدى التجارة والاستثمار المصري الخليجي المقام بالقاهرة، أنه بموجب هذه الاتفاقية ستستحوذ “البروج” على 30% من “إعمار التنفيذية” في صفقة تبلغ قيمتها 50 مليون ريال. إعمار التنفيذية لافتاً إلى أن الشراكة ستمكّن “إعمار التنفيذية” من الدخول في مشروعات كبرى ضمن “رؤية 2030″، بما في ذلك مطار الملك سلمان، والمشاريع المرتبطة بكأس العالم و”إكسبو”.
