أعلنت شركة البروج للإنشاء والتعمير عن إطلاق مشروع تجاري جديد بمدينة العبور، يقام على مساحة تبلغ 6,300 متر مربع، وذلك في إطار خطتها التوسعية لتطوير مشروعات متكاملة بشرق القاهرة. البروج للإنشاء و التعمير وأكد المهندس محمد رأفت، رئيس مجلس إدارة البروج للإنشاء والتعمير، أن المشروع الجديد يستهدف تقديم تجربة استثمارية مميزة تلبي احتياجات السوق من الأنشطة التجارية والإدارية والطبية والتعليمية، مشيرًا إلى أن الشركة تحرص على توفير بيئة استثمارية متكاملة تحقق عوائد قوية للمستثمرين. وفي هذا السياق، وقع المهندس محمد رأفت تحالفًا استراتيجيًا مع شركاء النجاح: شركة كلمة للاستشارات التسويقية، وشركة كريتيريا للتصميمات الهندسية، وشركة فويس للإدارة والتشغيل، وذلك لضمان تقديم أعلى مستويات الجودة في جميع مراحل التنفيذ والإدارة. وأضاف أن اختيار مدينة العبور جاء نظرًا لموقعها الاستراتيجي ونموها المتسارع كوجهة استثمارية واعدة، لافتًا إلى أن المشروع سيضم تصميمات هندسية حديثة وخدمات تشغيل وإدارة بمعايير احترافية.States expand student loan options as new federal borrowing caps take effect — but they come with trade-offs
