البنك الدولي بعتزم استثمار 150 مليون دولار لتمويل البنية التحتية في مصر
أعلن البنك الدولي عن اعتزامه استثمار 150 مليون دولار للمساهمة في تأسيس منشأة ضمان تمويل البنية التحتية في مصر “IFGFE”. ووفقا لـ “العربية” قدر البنك الدولي التكلفة الإجمالية للمنصة بنحو 520 مليون دولار، وتستهدف تعبئة استثمارات القطاع الخاص في مشروعات البنية التحتية الاستراتيجية. وستعمل المنشأة كشركة ذات غرض خاص غير مصرفية تُدار على أسس تجارية، وستوفر ضمانات للسداد، وضمانات لإنهاء التعاقد، وضمانات لخدمة الدين، بهدف الحد من مخاطر عدم سداد الجهات المشترية للمشروعات ومخاطر خدمة الديون، بما يعزز قدرة مشروعات البنية التحتية على جذب التمويل الخاص. ويستهدف المشروع معالجة التحديات الهيكلية التي تواجه تمويل البنية التحتية في مصر، وفي مقدمتها محدودية التمويل طويل الأجل بالعملة المحلية، وارتفاع تكاليف التمويل، إلى جانب تزايد القيود على إصدار الضمانات السيادية والالتزامات المحتملة على الموازنة العامة. ومن المتوقع أن تركز المنشأة في مرحلتها الأولى على مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة، وشبكات نقل الكهرباء، وتحلية المياه، ومعالجة مياه الصرف، وتحويل المخلفات إلى طاقة، بالإضافة إلى مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة التي ينفذها القطاع الخاص لصالح القطاع الخاص. ويتضمن المشروع تمويل إنشاء ورأسملة وتشغيل المنشأة، ودعم إعداد مشروعات بنية تحتية قابلة للتمويل، إلى جانب تقديم المساعدة الفنية للإصلاحات القطاعية، وتعزيز القدرات المؤسسية، وتطوير سوق تمويل البنية التحتية.Factory job cuts reported around financial crisis and Covid levels for June, S&P says
