رفع البنك الدولي توقعاته لنمو الاقتصاد المصري إلى 5.1% خلال العام المالي 2025-2026، مقابل 4.3% في تقديراته الصادرة في أبريل الماضي. رفع توقعات النمو للعام المالي الحالي كما رفع البنك، في تقريره الصادر اليوم، توقعاته لنمو الاقتصاد المصري خلال العام المالي الحالي إلى 4.3%، مقارنة بـ4% في تقديراته الصادرة في أبريل. ويشار إلى أن السنة المالية في مصر تبدأ في الأول من يوليو من كل عام ميلادي، وتنتهي في 30 يونيو من العام التالي. تحسن أداء الاقتصاد المصري وتأتي هذه المراجعة في ظل تحسن أداء الاقتصاد المصري، إذ أظهرت بيانات البنك الدولي نمو الناتج المحلي الحقيقي بنحو 5.3% خلال النصف الأول من العام المالي 2025-2026، مقابل 3.9% خلال الفترة نفسها من العام السابق. وجاء هذا النمو مدفوعًا بتحسن نشاط التصنيع غير النفطي، واستعادة حركة الملاحة تدريجيًا عبر قناة السويس، إلى جانب قوة قطاعي السياحة والاتصالات.
