البنك المصري لتنمية الصادرات يتقدم بمستندات زيادة رأس المال إلى 13.6 مليار جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية أن البنك المصري لتنمية الصادرات تقدم بمستندات قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 9.896 مليار جنيه إلى 13.6 مليار جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 3.703 مليار جنيه. وتتضمن الزيادة إصدار 370.3 مليون سهم مجاني بقيمة اسمية 10 جنيهات للسهم، على أن يتم تمويلها من الأرباح المحتجزة ورصيد أرباح العام وفقًا لحصة المساهمين في حساب التوزيع، استنادًا إلى القوائم المالية للبنك عن العام المنتهي في 31 ديسمبر 2024. وأوضحت البورصة أن المستندات المقدمة من البنك جاري فحصها واستكمالها، تمهيدًا لعرضها على لجنة القيد.Treasury yields are broadly flat as investors mull uncertainty around peace talks
