البنوك تضخ 97 مليار جنيه تمويل عقاري لمحدودي ومتوسطي الدخل حتى نهاية أبريل 2026
سجل إجمالي التمويلات العقارية المقدمة من البنوك لمحدودي الدخل نحو 97.1 مليار جنيه، مقابل نحو 4.9 مليار جنيه لمتوسطي الدخل، وذلك حتى نهاية أبريل 2026، ضمن برامج التمويل العقاري المدعومة. إجمالي التمويلات العقارية أوضحت البيانات أن إجمالي التمويلات الموجهة لمحدودي الدخل استحوذ على النسبة الأكبر من محافظ التمويل العقاري، بما يعكس استمرار توسع البنوك في دعم هذه الشريحة، بينما سجلت تمويلات متوسطي الدخل نحو 4.9 مليار جنيه. البنك الأهلي المصري جاء البنك الأهلي المصري في صدارة البنوك من حيث التمويلات لمحدودي الدخل بقيمة 23 مليار جنيه، بما يمثل نحو 21.9% من إجمالي التمويلات، إلى جانب 977.9 مليون جنيه لمتوسطي الدخل. بنك مصر وسجل بنك مصر تمويلات بقيمة 22.2 مليار جنيه لمحدودي الدخل، إضافة إلى 800.7 مليون جنيه لمتوسطي الدخل، ليستمر ضمن أكبر البنوك المشاركة في التمويل العقاري. بنك القاهرة وجاء بنك القاهرة في المرتبة الثالثة بتمويلات بلغت 11.9 مليار جنيه لمحدودي الدخل، مقابل 1.3 مليار جنيه لمتوسطي الدخل. بنك التعمير والإسكان وسجل بنك التعمير والإسكان تمويلات بقيمة 8 مليارات جنيه لمحدودي الدخل، بما يمثل نحو 7.8% من إجمالي التمويلات. بنك قطر الوطني الأهلي كما بلغت تمويلات بنك قطر الوطني الأهلي نحو 533 مليون جنيه لمتوسطي الدخل، بما يمثل حوالي 0.5% من إجمالي التمويلات. تمويلات شركات التمويل وفيما يتعلق بشركات التمويل العقاري، سجلت تمويلات لمحدودي الدخل نحو 2.4 مليار جنيه بنسبة 2.3% من الإجمالي، مقابل 61 مليون جنيه لمتوسطي الدخل حتى نهاية أبريل 2026.Stocks Settle Higher as Bond Yields Stabilize
