البورصة تقيد أسهم زيادة رأسمال «لوتس للاستثمار الزراعي» إلى 133 مليون جنيه
وافقت لجنة قيد الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية على قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع لشركة لوتس للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي، ليرتفع من 105 ملايين جنيه إلى 133 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 28 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت البورصة، في بيان، أن الزيادة تمت من خلال إصدار 280 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية 10 قروش للسهم، بواقع 0.2666666666 سهم مجاني لكل سهم أصلي، وذلك تمويلًا من حصة المساهمين في توزيعات الأرباح وفقًا للقوائم المالية عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2024، باعتبارها الإصدار الخامس للشركة. وأضافت أن الحق في توزيع الأسهم المجانية سيكون لمشتري السهم حتى نهاية جلسة تداول اليوم الأحد 26 يوليو 2026. وأشارت إلى أنه سيتم إدراج أسهم الشركة بعد الزيادة المجانية على قاعدة بيانات البورصة اعتبارًا من بداية جلسة تداول الاثنين 27 يوليو 2026، مع تحديد السعر المرجعي، ليصبح إجمالي عدد أسهم الشركة المقيدة 1.33 مليار سهم.For Gen X investors, dotcom bubble haunts stock market portfolios closing in on retirement
