البورصة تقيد زيادة إصدارين من سندات الخزانة بـ9.05 مليار جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية قيد زيادة الإصدار الثاني لسندات خزانة حكومية بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 9.05 مليار جنيه، وفقًا لإخطارات البنك المركزي والشركة المصرية للإيداع والقيد المركزي الصادرة في 28 سبتمبر 2026. ومن المقرر بدء التداول على الزيادات الجديدة بقاعدة بيانات البورصة اعتبارًا من بداية جلسة اليوم الثلاثاء 29 سبتمبر 2026. وتضمنت الزيادة الأولى سندات خزانة مصرية تستحق في 15 مارس 2028، ذات عائد متغير، بقيمة 1.75 مليار جنيه من خلال إعادة الفتح رقم 2، ليرتفع إجمالي قيمة الإصدار إلى 17.155 مليار جنيه، موزعة على 17.155 مليون سند بقيمة اسمية 1000 جنيه للسند. ويبلغ العائد المتغير على الإصدار 25.75% سنويًا، ويُصرف كل 6 أشهر في 15 مارس و15 سبتمبر من كل عام. كما شملت الزيادة الثانية سندات خزانة تستحق في 15 سبتمبر 2029، ذات عائد ثابت، بقيمة 7.3 مليار جنيه من خلال إعادة الفتح رقم 2، ليرتفع إجمالي قيمة الإصدار إلى 27.525 مليار جنيه، موزعة على 27.525 مليون سند بقيمة اسمية 1000 جنيه للسند. ويبلغ معدل العائد الثابت على الإصدار 23.594% سنويًا، ويُصرف كل 6 أشهر في 15 مارس و15 سبتمبر من كل عام.Interesting UCO Put And Call Options For September 2027
