البورصة: تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم مدينة مصر مقابل 41.8 مليون جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية عن تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم شركة مدينة مصر للإسكان والتعمير، شملت 9,851,662 سهمًا بقيمة إجمالية 41,869,564 جنيهًا، ضمن نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. وفي بيان منفصل، أكدت الشركة استمرارها في تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية لعام 2025 وتعزيز ثقة المستثمرين، مع خطط لتسليم نحو 1,500 وحدة سكنية خلال العام، وإسناد عقود مقاولات بقيمة تقارب 13 مليار جنيه. كما تبحث الشركة عن تطوير مشروع جديد في الرياض، عبر اختيار إحدى ثلاث قطع أراضٍ بمساحات تتراوح بين 300 و500 ألف متر مربع. تحسن في الأسعار ومعدلات الإلغاء شهدت أسعار الوحدات ارتفاعًا بمتوسط 10% تقريبًا، مدفوعة بزيادة الطلب وتنوع المشروعات. وقد شكلت الإلغاءات المرتبطة بتغيير الوحدات نحو 40% من إجمالي الإلغاءات، نتيجة تقديم الشركة خيارات مرنة للاستبدال أو التغيير داخل مشروعاتها. آلية التمويل وصندوق استثمار عقاري اعتمدت الشركة على قرض مشترك بقيمة 9 مليارات جنيه ضمن آلية التمويل الدوار، حيث بلغ الاستخدام حتى 30 يونيو 2025 نحو 1.1 مليار جنيه. كما تقدمت الشركة بطلب لتأسيس صندوق استثمار عقاري برأسمال مستهدف 300 مليون جنيه وفق آلية SAFE للملكية الجزئية، بما يتماشى مع قانون التمويل التشاركي، بهدف تعزيز أدوات التمويل وتنمية قاعدة الاستثمار العقاري لديها.Analysis: Federal Reserve may be pulled into Bessent’s effort to support Japan’s yen
