«التجاري الدولي» يقبل استقالة شريف سامي من مجلس إدارة البنك
وافق مجلس إدارة البنك التجاري الدولي – مصر (CIB)، في اجتماعه المنعقد يوم 8 ديسمبر 2025، على استقالة شريف سمير سامي من عضوية مجلس الإدارة بصفته عضوًا غير تنفيذي، على أن تصبح الاستقالة سارية اعتبارًا من 31 ديسمبر 2025، وذلك مع اقتراب انتهاء مدة عضويته. وفي سياق منفصل، أعلنت البورصة المصرية أن البنك التجاري الدولي – مصر (CIB) تقدم رسميًا بمستندات قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع، وذلك في إطار خطط البنك لتعزيز قاعدته الرأسمالية ودعم أنشطته. وبحسب بيان البورصة، يستهدف البنك زيادة رأسماله من 30.708 مليار جنيه إلى 33.779 مليار جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 3.070 مليار جنيه، من خلال إصدار 307.085 مليون سهم مجاني، بقيمة اسمية 10 جنيهات للسهم الواحد. وأوضحت البورصة أن الزيادة سيتم تمويلها بالكامل من رصيد الاحتياطي العام وفقًا للقوائم المالية المنتهية في 31 مارس 2025، وذلك في إطار سياسة البنك التوسعية واستراتيجية دعم حقوق المساهمين. وأشارت إدارة البورصة إلى أن المستندات المقدمة من البنك جارٍ فحصها واستكمالها ودراستها تمهيدًا لعرضها على لجنة القيد لاتخاذ القرار النهائي بشأن قيد الزيادة.Jim Cramer says investors are making a mistake with the trillion-dollar tech giants
