«التلال» تخفض حصتها في «الغربية للتنمية» مقابل 15 مليون جنيه
خفضت شركة التلال للإسكان والتعمير حصتها في رأسمال شركة الغربية الإسلامية للتنمية العمرانية، لتصل إلى 14.78%، في خطوة تهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة استثماراتها والتركيز على فرص جديدة في السوق العقارية. وأوضحت الشركة أن البيع تم خلال جلسة يوم الإثنين، لنحو 317.5 ألف سهم بقيمة إجمالية 14.94 مليون جنيه، وبمتوسط سعر 47.06 جنيه للسهم، وفقًا لما أعلنته الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار استراتيجية لإدارة محفظة الاستثمارات المالية وتحقيق السيولة اللازمة للمشاريع القائمة والمستقبلية. من ناحية الأداء المالي، سجلت شركة الغربية الإسلامية للتنمية العمرانية صافي ربح بلغ 4.29 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقارنةً بـ 1.63 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي، محققة بذلك نموًا بنسبة 163% في الأرباح. وارتفعت مبيعات الشركة خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام إلى 6.22 مليون جنيه بنهاية سبتمبر، مقابل 1.18 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام السابق، وهو ما يعكس تحسن النشاط العقاري للشركة وزيادة الطلب على وحداتها السكنية والتجارية.Trump says U.S. to build a 'large Military presence' in Greenland as part of a security deal with it and Denmark
