«التمويل الدولية» تعتزم تمويل مشروع «شدوان» لطاقة الرياح في مصر بـ 100 مليون دولار
تدرس مؤسسة التمويل الدولية، ذراع البنك الدولي لتمويل القطاع الخاص، إقراض الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء 100 مليون دولار لتمويل مشروع “شَدوان” لطاقة الرياح وتمويل وبناء وتشغيل وصيانة محطة طاقة رياح جديدة بقدرة 900 ميجاوات. التكلفة الاستثمارية ووفقاً لبيان صادر عن المؤسسة اليوم، على موقعها الإلكتروني، تُقدّر التكلفة الإجمالية للمشروع بما يصل إلى 700 مليون دولار. وستُساهم مؤسسة التمويل الدولية بمبلغ يصل إلى 100 مليون دولار. في حين أوضحت أن المبلغ المتبقي من الدين، والذي يصل إلى 560 مليون دولار أمريكي، فسيتم توفيره من خلال مجموعة من المقرضين المستقلين. ويتضمن المشروع تطوير وتمويل وبناء وتشغيل وصيانة محطة طاقة رياح جديدة بقدرة 900 ميجاوات بموجب شروط اتفاقية شراء طاقة لمدة 25 عامًا مع الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء، بضمان كامل من وزارة المالية المصرية.Russian strike on Kyiv-area ammunition depot triggers blast, killing 37
