«التنمية الحضرية» يوكل شركات لإدارة مشروع حدائق تلال الفسطاط
وافق صندوق التنمية الحضرية على تأهيل عدة شركات وتحالفات لإدارة وتشغيل مشروع حدائق تلال الفسطاط، ضمن جهود اختيار أفضل الكوادر لإدارة المشروع على أعلى مستوى عالمي. متابعة رئيس الوزراء وتابع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، موقف طرح المشروع للإدارة والتشغيل خلال اجتماع عقد بمقر الحكومة بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، بحضور المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، واللواء محمود نصار، رئيس الجهاز المركزي للتعمير، والمهندس خالد صديق، رئيس مجلس إدارة صندوق التنمية الحضرية. استعراض موقف المشروع واستعرض صديق موقف طرح المشروع، مشيرًا إلى أن اللجنة المشتركة المكلفة بفحص ودراسة الملفات المقدمة عقدت عدة اجتماعات لاستكمال دراسة المستندات القانونية والفنية وفحص الملاءة المالية وفق الشروط المعلنة، وقررت الموافقة على تأهيل الشركات والتحالفات المتقدمة. الخطوات المقبلة وأوضح رئيس الصندوق أن الفترة المقبلة ستشهد استكمال تقديم العطاءات والعروض الفنية والمالية من الشركات المؤهلة، تمهيدًا لاختيار أفضل العروض لإدارة المشروع. احتفالات ومهرجانات ترفيهية وأشار إلى التجهيز لإقامة حفل كبير في “الأرينا” بحديقة تلال الفسطاط، وتنظيم مهرجان شتوي ضمن سلسلة احتفالات مشابهة لمهرجان العلمين الصيفي بمدينة العلمين الجديدة.SpaceX launches massive Starship rocket in first test flight since IPO
