«الجيزة العامة للمقاولات» تفوز بعقد جديد بقيمة 237.5 مليون جنيه في أسوان الجديدة
أعلنت شركة الجيزة العامة للمقاولات والاستثمار العقاري، أنها تلقت تكليفًا من هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة لتنفيذ أعمال شبكة الكهرباء بعدد 176 قطعة أرض أكثر تميزًا بمدينة أسوان الجديدة. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن قيمة العقد بلغت نحو 237.56 مليون جنيه، وتشمل الأعمال تنفيذ 25 خلية وكابلات الدخول الخاصة بالمشروع. وأكدت “الجيزة العامة للمقاولات” أن هذه الأعمال تأتي ضمن أنشطة الشركة المعتادة، في إطار خطتها للتوسع في مشروعات البنية التحتية والمرافق بالمدن الجديدة. جدير بالذكر أن هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة كانت قد أسندت إلى الجيزة العامة للمقاولات تنفيذ حزمة مشروعات بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 790 مليون جنيه، بحسب بيان الشركة المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية في 12 مايو الماضي. وتشمل هذه المشروعات تنفيذ 12 عمارة سكنية تضم 288 وحدة ضمن المرحلة السادسة من مشروع الإسكان الاجتماعي “سكن لكل المصريين – محدودي الدخل” بمدينة الفيوم الجديدة، بإجمالي استثمارات قدرها 182.9 مليون جنيه. كما تضمنت المشروعات أيضًا استكمال تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية بالمنطقة الأولى من الحي اللاتيني بمدينة العلمين الجديدة، بتكلفة تقدر بنحو 607.1 مليون جنيه.Crude Prices Erase an Early Rally on US-Iran Diplomacy Speculation
