«الحديد والصلب للمناجم» تعتزم الاستثمار في أذون الخزانة
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة الحديد والصلب للمناجم والمحاجر على الاستثمار في الأدوات المالية قصيرة الأجل التي تصدرها الحكومة، وعلى رأسها أذون الخزانة، باعتبارها أداة استثمارية آمنة ومنخفضة المخاطر، ووفقًا للشروط والأحكام المعمول بها. وأضافت الشركة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن مجلس الإدارة فوض الإدارة التنفيذية باتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأن حجم الاستثمار المقترح، والعوائد المتوقعة، ومعدل الفائدة الملائم. ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار إدارة السيولة المتاحة وتعظيم العوائد، بما يتوافق مع القواعد المنظمة للاستثمار. وفي سياق منفصل سجلت شركة الحديد والصلب للمناجم والمحاجر ارتفاعًا ملحوظًا في صافي الربح بعد الضريبة بنسبة 238% خلال الربع الأول من العام المالي 2025/2026، ليصل إلى 80.5 مليون جنيه، مقابل 23.8 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام المالي الماضي. كما ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة إلى 213.1 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة، مقارنة بـ 84.3 مليون جنيه خلال الربع المقارن من 2024، مسجلة أداءً ماليًا قويًا يدعم قدرتها على استثمارات جديدة.OpenAI's latest AI revelation is a 'serious situation,' Microsoft's Suleyman tells CNBC
