الحكومة ترفع مصنعية المشغولات الذهبية والفضية 10% اعتبارًا من يوليو 2026
اتفقت مصلحة الضرائب وشعبتي تجار وصناع المشغولات الذهبية والفضية على زيادة متوسطات المصنعية بنسبة 10%، اعتبارًا من أول يوليو 2026 وحتى نهاية يونيو 2027. تحديث متوسطات المصنعية وأصدرت مصلحة الجمارك منشور تعريفات رقم (33) لسنة 2026، بشأن تحديث متوسطات قيمة التشغيل (المصنعية) على المشغولات البلاتينية والذهبية والفضية والأحجار الكريمة، وذلك في إطار البروتوكول المبرم بين مصلحة الضرائب المصرية وشعبتي تجار وصناع المشغولات الذهبية. وينص البروتوكول على تطبيق الزيادة الجديدة في متوسط قيمة المصنعية على المشغولات الذهبية المحلية بنسبة 10% خلال الفترة المحددة، ضمن آليات المحاسبة الضريبية المعتمدة. الأسعار الجديدة للمصنعية وبحسب التعديلات، ارتفع متوسط المصنعية لجرام الذهب عيار 21 إلى 64.41 جنيهًا، بينما سجل متوسط المصنعية لجرام الذهب عيار 18 نحو 96.64 جنيهًا، وذلك قبل إضافة ضريبة القيمة المضافة البالغة 14%. نطاق التطبيق ويشمل القرار جميع المشغولات الذهبية والفضية والبلاتينية والأحجار الكريمة، ضمن تحديثات تستهدف ضبط متوسطات التشغيل المستخدمة في التقييمات الضريبية، بالتنسيق بين مصلحة الضرائب المصرية ومصلحة الجمارك.Trump says U.S. communities opposing AI data centers could end up 'backwards and poor'
