الدلتا للسكر تساهم بـ 5% في شركة الإيثانول الحيوي
أوضحت شركة الدلتا للسكر، تفاصيل مساهمتها في الشركة المصرية للإيثانول الحيوي. وقالت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل للبورصة اليوم، إنها تساهم بنسبة 5% في رأسمال الشركة المصرية للإيثانول الحيوي، مشيرة إلى أن الأخيرة حصلت على قرض بنكي لتغطية التكلفة الاستثمارية لمشروعها. وأضافت أن البنوك المانحة للقرض طلبت من الشركة المصرية للإيثانول الحيوي الحصول على تعهدات من مساهميها، تتضمن عدم الانسحاب أو تقليل نسب المساهمة لحين بدء تشغيل المشروع، وذلك ضمانًا لاستقرار الهيكل التمويلي. وأشارت «الدلتا للسكر» إلى أن التعهد يشمل أيضًا موافقة المساهمين على زيادة رأس المال في حال حدوث أي زيادات مستقبلية في التكلفة الاستثمارية للمشروع، بما يضمن استكمال التنفيذ وفق الخطة المعتمدة. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الإجراءات تأتي في إطار الالتزامات التمويلية للمشروع، ودعمًا لاستقرار الاستثمارات المرتبطة به، دون أن يترتب عليها أي تغيير فوري في هيكل ملكية شركة الدلتا للسكر.Jim Cramer sees a big risk to the bull market resurfacing — and it's not the Iran war
