«الدولية للأسمدة» تدرس الاستحواذ على 40% من «العروبة للتجارة والتعدين»
أعلنت الشركة الدولية للأسمدة والكيماويات S.A.E، عن دراستها شراء عدد 600 ألف سهم من أسهم شركة العروبة للتجارة والتعدين والتوريدات، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 1.2 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن الصفقة المزمع دراستها تمثل نحو 40% من رأسمال شركة العروبة للتجارة والتعدين والتوريدات. وأكدت الدولية للأسمدة والكيماويات التزامها بمراعاة أحكام المادة (44) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية المعمول بها في البورصة المصرية، حال المضي قدمًا في تنفيذ الصفقة. وفي سياق منفصل،قررت شركة الدولية للأسمدة والكيماويات، زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 135 مليون جنيه إلى 233.55 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، أن الزيادة قدرها 98.55 مليون جنيه موزعة على 49.27 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية 2 جنيه للسهم عن طريق توزيع أسهم مجانية ممولة من أرباح العام الماضي. وتتم الزيادة بواقع 0.73 سهم مجاني لكل سهم أصلي ليصبح رأس المال المصدر بعد الزيادة مقسمًا على 116.77 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية 2 جنيه للسهم. كشفت شركة الدولية للأسمدة والكيماويات، عن اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لشراء 2.557 مليون سهم من رأسمال شركة “التحالف العربي لإنتاج تقاوي البطاطس”. وأوضحت الشركة أنه بذلك تصبح نسبة مساهمتها في التحالف العربي 1.08% من رأس المال المدفوع والبالغ قدره 236.5 مليون جنيه بقيمة اسمية جنيه للسهم. وتراجعت أرباح شركة “الدولية للأسمدة والكيماويات” بنسبة 6.4% خلال الربع الأول من العام الجاري، لتصل 57.4 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بربح 61.4 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي.Cotton Weakness Extending to Friday AM Trade
