الديار القطرية تبدء تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من مشروع «علم الروم» خلال 2026
كشف حمد بن طلال آل ثاني، رئيس قطاع التطوير والمشاريع في آسيا وأفريقيا بشركة شركة الديار القطرية، أن الشركة ستنفذ أولى مراحل مشروع “علم الروم” في الساحل الشمالى المصري خلال 2026. وأوضح حمد بن طلال، أن المرحلة الأولى تمثل نحو 20% من إجمالي مساحة المشروع. مشروع علم الروم وأكد أن خطة تطوير مشروع “علم الروم” تمتد لمدة 15 عاماً وتستهدف إنشاء مجتمع عمراني متكامل بمكونات سكنية وتجارية وسياحية. شركة الديار القطرية وكانت قد أبرمت شركة “الديار” القطرية -الذراع العقارية لجهاز قطر للاستثمار- الخميس الماضي اتفاقية شراكة مع هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة في مصر لاستثمار 29.7 مليار دولار في تطوير مشروع سياحي على الساحل الشمالي للبلاد، مما يعزز جاذبية المنطقة التي تشهد اهتماماً استثمارياً خليجياً. وأضاف بن طلال لبرنامج “ويك اند القاهرة” مع زينة صوفان، أن المكون السكني يمثل 60% من مساحة المشروع، إلى جانب مناطق ترفيهية وفنادق عالمية المستوى تضم نحو 4500 غرفة. تتضمن الاتفاقية المبرمة الأسبوع الماضي دفع الشركة القطرية 3.5 مليار دولار ثمناً للأرض التي تقع في منطقة علم الروم، واستثماراً عينياً بقيمة 26.2 مليار دولار لبناء المشروع الذي سيغطي مساحة 4900 فدان على امتداد 7.2 كيلومتر من الساحل.IBAT Crosses Critical Technical Indicator
