الرقابة المالية تحدد موعد المرحلة الثانية لاكتتاب «الشمس بيراميدز»
أعلنت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، عن موعد المرحلة الثانية لاكتتاب شركة الشمس بيراميدز للفنادق والمنشآت السياحية ابتداءً من الخميس 23 أكتوبر. ووافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، على قيام الشمس بيراميدز بنشر دعوى لقدامى المساهمين للاكتتاب في الأسهم المتبقية من زيادة رأس المال، البالغ عددها 19.161 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية قدرها واحد دولار للسهم. ووفقا لبيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم الأثنين، من المقرر فتح باب الاكتتاب لمدة 8 أيام اعتبارًا من يوم الخميس 23 أكتوبر الجاري حتى يوم الخميس الموافق 30 أكتوبر. الجدير بالذكر أن المرحلة الأولى لزيادة رأسمال الشركة أسفرت عن تغطية 15.838 مليون سهم بنسبة 45.25% من إجمالي أسهم الزيادة البالغة 35 مليون سهم. وكانت قد حقق الشركة صافي خسائر بلغ 9.71 مليون دولار خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية يونيو 2025، مقابل أرباح بقيمة 1.61 مليون دولار خلال نفس الفترة من العام السابق له. وأرجعت الشمس بيراميدز خسائرها إلى اضمحلال أصول المباني بالفندق لأرصدة ديسمبر الماضي -المباني المهدومة- نتيجة مشروع تطوير وتجديد فندق مريديان بيراميدز.SpaceX launches massive Starship rocket in first test flight since IPO
