«الرقابة المالية» تدرس 23 طلبًا لتأسيس وترخيص صناديق عقارية جديدة
أكد محمد الصياد، نائب رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، أنه يتم دراسة 23 طلبا لتأسيس وترخيص صناديق عقارية جديدة. تراخيص لإدارة المنصات العقارية كما أوضح “الصياد” في تصريحات خلال فعاليات النسخة السادسة من مؤتمر «أخبار اليوم العقاري» المنعقد اليوم الأربعاء، أن الهيئة تلقت 11 طلبا للحصول على تراخيص لإدارة المنصات العقارية الرقمية. قواعد الهوية الرقمية وأشار إلى أن الهيئة قامت بتعديل قواعد الهوية الرقمية بما يسمح باستخدام جواز السفر الإلكتروني كمستند إثبات شخصية للأجانب عند الاستثمار في العقار المصري عن بُعد، وذلك بهدف دعم ملف “التصدير العقاري”. واكد أن القيمة السوقية لصناديق الاستثمار العقاري المدرجة عالميا بلغت نحو 1.7 تريليون دولار، وهذا الرقم يعكس الدور المتنامي لصناعة الاستثمار العقاري كأداة رئيسية لربط الأصول العقارية بأسواق المال. مشيراً إلى أن مصر تمتلك مزايا تنافسية في القطاع العقاري من حيث حجم التنمية العمرانية والميزة السعرية، ما يعزز قدرتها على جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية في هذا القطاع.Bank of America says prepare for a 'summer correction’ after rally to record highs
