وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بشركة تايكون إنفستمنتس هولدنج، تمهيدًا لاتخاذ إجراءات دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر في تعديل المادة الثالثة من النظام الأساسي للشركة. وأوضحت الهيئة، في بيان موجه إلى رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة، أن عدم الممانعة يأتي في ضوء قرار مجلس إدارة «تايكون إنفستمنتس» الصادر في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ 10 سبتمبر 2026، بشأن اعتماد تقرير الإفصاح المعد وفقًا لأحكام المادة 48 من قواعد القيد بالبورصة المصرية. ويتضمن التعديل المقترح إلغاء الترخيص الممنوح للشركة لمزاولة نشاط «الترويج وتغطية الاكتتاب في الأوراق المالية»، وفقًا لما ورد بتقرير الإفصاح. وأكدت الهيئة عدم ممانعتها في نشر تقرير الإفصاح على شاشات الإعلانات بالبورصة المصرية، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في هذا الشأن.Interesting UVXY Put And Call Options For November 2027
